Facelift

Modern facelift comprehensively addresses numerous signs of aging, including sagging cheeks, jowls and deep creases around the nose, mouth and chin. Dr. Ahn’s preferred approach is referred to as the “Deep Plane Lift,” wherein he tightens loose skin and tissues and modifies the underlying muscle layer. Dr. Ahn has found the deep plane lift to offer the most natural-looking results compared to other facelift techniques.

Mini Facelift

Mini facelift is a modified version of full facelift that primarily focuses on the jawline areas. Candidates typically are bothered by hanging jowls, and do not require the more extensive corrections provided by full facelift. For the right candidates, mini facelift offers the targeted rejuvenation they need with shorter incisions, shorter recovery downtime and a lower risk of complications.

Neck Lift

Neck lift improves the definition of the neck, smooths bands and wrinkles and creates a beautiful angle between the jawline and neck. During the procedure, Dr. Ahn trims and smooths redundant neck skin, eliminates fat deposits and tightens flaccid neck muscles. Lower eyelid surgery tightens up sagging lower lids and reduces puffiness or “bags” beneath the eyes.

Fat Grafting

Facial fat grafting is the process of using the patient’s own unwanted fat to revitalize an area of the face that looks tired, aged or sallow. Dr. Ahn removes excess body fat from the patient’s abdomen and injects it into the lower eyelid area, cheeks, facial folds/creases or jawline to add natural-looking volume and support.

Temporal Brow Lift

Brow lift elevates low or heavy brows, brightening up the eyes and rejuvenating the entire face. The procedure focuses on lifting the outer part of the brow that has fallen. This leads to a more natural looking result that does not appear “surprised”.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty, or ear surgery, treats oversized or prominent ears, or ears that protrude too far from the sides of the head. By adjusting the proportion, symmetry and position of the ears, Dr. Ahn can create a more balanced facial appearance.
