I am not new to plastic surgery and this was my first surgery with Dr. Ahn. He was by far the best I have ever been to! He and his entire staff are wonderful and caring. I had a mini facelift revision and neck lift. I feel great and have received compliments without anyone really knowing what I have actually done. I highly recommend Dr. Ahn and his staff! We are most fortunate to have Dr. Ahn and his associates in Massachusetts. I would travel to see him in another state, if he need be, given the results. In short, they exceeded my expectations! I want to let you know how much I appreciate what you have done for me. I love my new appearance, especially my neck! I used to hide behind turtleneck sweaters, and now, when I look in the mirror, I’m delighted! I did not know what to expect, but you took the time to explain all aspects of the surgery and even used computer imaging to let me see how I would look after the actual surgery. Dr. Ahn and his staff are amazing. Dr. Ahn was able to give me the nose I always wanted. I am so incredibly happy I chose him to perform my surgery. His calm confidence put me at ease and he was really able to deliver what he said he would do.  Many surgeons I went to see refused to use before and after imaging, which concerned me. One doctor told me it was because he didn't want people to have unrealistic expectations, and it wasnt accurate. But Dr. Ahn was able to not only show me my perfect nose in a projected picture, but actually deliver the results. I am so thankful. Also Rebecca is amazing with injectibles and made me feel so much better and confident. The place is beautiful and meticulous, and overall it's just a great experience and I love going there and refuse to go anywhere else now, even though it's a 2 hour drive for me.

Transformative is the first word that comes to mind. My experience with Dr. Ahn was absolutely transformative! I had a deep plane face, neck, and brow lift. Every one of my friends has said it is the most natural, incredible facelift result they have ever seen. Everything about the experience was perfect. I was expecting a change in the hyper-pigmentation from the Fraxel laser treatment that Rebecca administered; however, you can’t imagine the sheer joy I experienced when I actually saw the final result. I actually started to cry, as I couldn’t believe how wonderful my skin looked. After all these years, the dark patches were gone.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the wonderful job you did on my recent rhinoplasty. Ever since I was a teenager, I had been slightly self-conscious about my wide nose (not to mention all of the trouble I had with the deviated septum). As I grew older, I learned to like my nose a bit better because it was similar to my grandmother’s, mother’s, and, now, daughter’s (although still a bit wider). When I first came to see you, I was unsure if I really wanted to have a rhinoplasty. I was scared that I would end up looking drastically different and I would no longer resemble myself or the members of my family. After seeing your work and discussing with you my desires, I felt confident that you understood what I was looking for and had the experience to make my nose still look like mine—only better.

It has now been about eight weeks, and I am very pleased with the results. I recently went home for the holidays to visit family members and had numerous people ask me if I had done something different with my hair or makeup. Everyone said I looked great (but couldn’t quite pinpoint what the difference was).

I also want to say that you and your staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. I always felt comfortable, and I really appreciated both you and Rebecca checking in on me to make sure I had all of my questions answered and everything I needed.

I am 10 days post-surgery and just wanted to say THANK YOU to you, Rebecca, all the staff, and, of course, Dr. Ahn for an amazing experience. I am already back to work with no bruising and absolutely no sign that I had surgery—just an amazing new appearance of my nose and way better breathing! I got my cast off on Wednesday and, at first, didn’t know what to think or feel. It was emotional for me, and I needed a few days to get used to my new look. I am so happy and beyond pleased with my results, and it’s only been 10 days! I can’t wait to see the final results once all of the swelling is completely gone. The changes are very subtle, so someone who isn’t close to me wouldn’t really notice a difference, but it's enough for me to feel so much more confident about myself again.

Everything Dr. Ahn explained to me in our consult was dead on, and so were the results. He explained that due to the trauma I had, my nose may not be perfectly straight, and I appreciated his honesty—but it’s pretty darn close!

I have a really good result. I am so happy with the Juvederm and BOTOX. There was no bruising at all, and it wasn’t painful.

I wanted to write a quick review to compliment Dr. Ahn for a great job with my septorhinoplasty six months ago. At this point, I can say with confidence that I have a natural, good-looking result.

I’ve always had a nose that’s on the larger side, and as I got older, its asymmetry became more pronounced, and the tip seemed to grow longer and droopier.

During the consultation, I explained to Dr. Ahn that I like having a distinctive nose, but I’d like it to be more symmetrical and more in proportion to my face. He understood what I meant, saying, “So what we’re talking about is a nicer version of YOUR nose.” Yes!

My nose is more symmetrical, a little narrower, and with a more attractive tip angle – but it all looks very natural. Dr. Ahn has also been good about coaching me in post-operative care, including massaging the nose and pressing it in a certain way to ensure it heals as symmetrically as possible.

In summary, it’s a lot of money, but after obsessing over my nose for many years, it’s freeing not to be so self-conscious and to be able to look in the mirror and like what I see.

I just wanted to write and thank you once again for your kindness, patience, and great care. It’s been a long time, and I have made plans, and your advice, consideration, and professionalism helped me choose the right course of action. I am extremely pleased with my results and look forward to facing “the process” with a positive attitude. You told me when I first met you, “one step at a time,” so that’s exactly what I’m doing. I keep looking at my nose in the mirror at different angles and can’t believe it’s mine! It is only day seven of post-op, so it still is going to get better! I caught my reflection in the window when I was sitting at my mother’s table, and I saw a jawline and a neck, which made my shoulders look sleeker. It just dominoes down the line.

When Dr. Ahn came to see me in SDC before surgery to mark my neck, I told him this: One of my friends said to me, “You shouldn’t change what God gave you,” and I said, “God didn’t give me this; I (messed) up what God gave me, so now I’m gonna fix it!!”

The words “thank you” don’t seem to capture how thankful I am to you and your staff for seeing me through my procedure. Although it’s only been a little longer than a week, I feel like a much more confident and happy person. Dr. Ahn and his team have surpassed my highest expectations. They have spent endless amounts of time with me, answering my questions and assuaging my fears. Dr. Ahn himself proved not only remarkably knowledgeable in our consultation, but was quick to point out that of the three areas of my face I wanted him to work on, two would be a waste of my time and my money. For the third, he gave very specific reasons why I might want improvement, but never pressured me to go ahead with a procedure. In the end, I chose not to have surgery, which Dr. Ahn was fine with. It seems to me, that in choosing and working with a plastic surgery, you want someone whose technical acumen is matched by exceedingly high ethical standards. In working with me, Dr. Ahn has demonstrated both, time and time again.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Ahn’s office to the post surgery appointments, my experience with Dr. Ahn and his staff was nothing less than amazing. I had rhinoplasty October 2016. I was so nervous about making the decision to have the surgery, but after my initial consultation, I knew if I was going to go forward, it would only be with Dr. Ahn. He was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.  I was petrified on the day of my surgery, but Dr. Ahn and his staff were so professional and kind, they got me through it with no problems.
